Thank you for choosing Forever Chosen. Every product we sell — from our signature hats to our cozy beanies — is made to order. We use print-on-demand production through Printify, which means each item is printed, embroidered, and packaged specifically for you.

This made-to-order process helps us reduce waste and keep production intentional. It also means shipping times can vary slightly, since your item is created after your order is placed.

This policy explains how long production and delivery typically take, how shipping costs work, and what happens if something goes wrong.

2. Where We Ship

Forever Chosen currently ships only within Canada and the United States.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these two countries will be automatically canceled and refunded.

We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. Order Processing

Each order begins production once payment is received. Because everything we sell is made to order, we don’t keep inventory or pre-printed stock.

Processing Time:

  • Standard production time is 5–10 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production on the next business day.
  • During busy seasons (such as Christmas or major promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

When your product ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


4. Estimated Shipping Times

After production, average shipping times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time can be affected by your exact location, postal service performance, or unexpected events such as severe weather or holiday surges.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days from shipment, please contact us at info@foreverchosen.store so we can investigate.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, quantity, and delivery location.

  • Standard shipping applies to all orders unless otherwise stated during a sale or promotion.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, the offer applies only to the original delivery — not reprints or replacements.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete before checkout.

  • Use Latin characters only in your address.
  • Limit Address Line 1 to 35 characters and Address Line 2 to 30 characters.
  • Include apartment or unit numbers if applicable.

Forever Chosen does not provide address validation. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender because of an invalid address, you may request either:

  • A reprint and reshipment (after paying the new shipping cost), or
  • A partial refund, minus shipping fees.

7. Delivery and Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

If tracking stops updating or shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, follow these steps first:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or around your delivery area.
  2. Ask neighbors or building staff if they accepted it on your behalf.
  3. Contact your local postal office with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us at info@foreverchosen.store. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to confirm its status and guide you through next steps.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier and you’ve contacted us within 30 days of the shipment date, we’ll issue a free replacement or refund.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the damaged product.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to sender because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we can reprint and reship it once shipping costs are covered.


9. Multiple Shipments

If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages. This happens when items are produced at different facilities or printed on different timelines. You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.


10. Delays and Responsibilities

We do everything we can to ensure fast and accurate delivery, but once your package leaves our facility, we can’t control transit times. Postal delays, customs checks (for cross-border U.S.–Canada orders), and weather conditions can occasionally slow things down.

That said, we’ll always help if your delivery gets stuck or delayed. Just contact us and we’ll assist in tracking and follow-up with the carrier until it’s resolved.
