Every product is printed or embroidered only after an order is placed. Because of this, items may show small variations in design placement, thread color, or texture. These differences are normal in print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, photos, and measurements are provided for general reference. We do our best to display colors accurately, but final shades may vary depending on your device or lighting.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Payment is required at checkout and processed securely via approved payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.
- Once payment is confirmed, production begins automatically. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once printing starts.
- You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping details when ordering. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
All prices are listed in Canadian or U.S. dollars, depending on your location, and include applicable taxes where required.
4. Shipping and Fulfillment
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on destination and carrier performance.
